WILLIAM NEZME ZARDAIN
Director de ILL CUBO CREATIONS.
Licenciado en Artes Visuales con especialidad en escultura e ilustración aplicada al género de terror y surrealismo. Propietario, fundador y líder de "ILLCUBO CREATIONS", estudio especializado en escultura, ilustración, arte conceptual, diseño de personajes, caracterización y efectos especiales responsable de una muy amplia producción de diversos proyectos teatrales, cinematográficos, televisivos, gubernamentales, urbanos, publicitarios y particulares tanto dentro como fuera del país.
En sus inicios trabajo tres años como modelador y diseñador para Mascaras REV (México), dos años para Ghoulish productions, Bumpt in the night (EUA) y 2 años para Bloody moon (estudio responsable de FX para películas como Residen evil 3, Apocalipto, K31, programa de TV 13 miedos entre otras). En 2004 trabajo para la pelicula "Star Wars eposidio II", en 2012 fue convocado por el cineasta "Guillermo Del Toro" para colaborar de la pelicula "En las montañas de la locura" (la cual se encuentra en preproducción); recientemente en 2015 colaboro en el area de arte conceptual para la pelicula "I'm Fear" del reconocido director de Hollywood Mick Garris.
Actualmente es el escultor responsable de 59 trabajos escultóricos en bronce colocados permanentemente en varias ciudades del país y EUA y miembro del comité organizador de "Zombie-Walk Querétaro y Zombie-Fezt Querétaro".
Ha ganado 38 premios nacionales e internacionales referentes a música y escultura entre los cuales se destaca el mas reciente galardón internacional "Global Quality Gold categoría Elite 2014", el reconocimiento especial "Global Quality internacional" como artista del año 2014-2015, y el galardón a "mejor dirección de arte" por la película Los Constituyentes dentro del importante festival internacional de cine "Pantalla de Cristal 2013"; también ha recibido en tres ocasiones la beca de apoyo para la producción artística "Apoyarte". Cuenta con 24 exposiciones (individuales, colectivas y adjuntas) en diferentes museos y galerías tanto dentro como fuera de la ciudad y su trabajo se ha exhibido en diversos eventos y publicaciones impresas en el extranjero (Polonia, Rusia, EUA, México y España).
Durante los últimos cuatro años ha impartido clases de cátedra (diseño de personajes, animación stop-motion, props FX para sets de cine e instalación artística) para la Licenciatura de Animación y Arte Digital (LAD) del Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey campus Querétaro dentro del cual obtuvo en 4 ocasiones el "reconocimiento al mejor maestro de la licenciatura"; en Bellas Artes UAQ durante tres años impartió las clases de escultura, cerámica, escultura en metal, video-arte e instalación, stop-motion y aerografía. Ha impartido 16 cursos de escultura con nueve años de experiencia como maestro de batería y escultura.

Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts with a concentration in sculpture and illustration applicable to the category of terror and surrealism.
Owner and founder of "Ill Cubo Creations", a studio specializing in sculpture, illustration, conceptual art, character design and special effects, responsible for the production of diverse theatrical, cinema, television, urban governmental projects and private commissions; both inside and outside of the country.
In the beginning he worked for three years as a modeler and mask designer for REV(Mexico), two years for Ghoulish Productions, Bump in the night (USA) and two years for Bloody Moon (FX Studio responsible for films like Resident Evil 3, Appocalipto, K 31, 13 Fears, a TV Program), among others. In 2004 he worked for the film "Star Wars Episode II", in 2012 he was summoned by the director "Guillermo Del Toro" to collaborate in the movie "At the Mountains of Madness" (which is in pre-production); recently in 2015 he collaborated in the area of concept art for the film "I'm Fear" by the renowned Hollywood director Mick Garris.
Currently he is the sculptor responsible for 59 urban sculptures in bronze located permanently in several cities of Mexico and the United States, and member of the organizing committee for "Zombie Walk Queretaro" and "Zombie Fest Queretaro".
He has won 38 national and international prizes in music and sculpture like the latest and most recent International Award "Global Quality Gold" in the 2014 Elite Category and he got international recognition as Artist of the Year 2014-2015 with the "Global Quality International" award and the "Best Art Direction" for the film "Los Constituyentes" at the International Film Festival "Pantalla de Cristal" of 2013. He has received three times a scholarship support for the artistic production "Apoyarte".
He has 24 expositions (individual and collective) in museums and galleries, both inside and outside the State of Queretaro and his work has been exhibited in various events and printed publications abroad (Poland, Russia, The United States, Mexico and Spain).
Over the past four years he has taught Character Design, Stop-motion animation, Fx Props for film sets and Art Installation for the Degree in Animation and Digital Art at the Technological Institute of Monterrey, Campus Queretaro. He was recognized four times as the "Best Master's Degree Teacher". For 3 years , at the UAQ (Universidad Autonoma de Queretaro) he taught the "Fine Arts Degree" in Sculpture, Ceramic, Metal Sculpture, Art-Video, Stop Motion and Airbrushing.
